“We’re Ok!”
That’s a saying you can read in Charlie’s office. But he’s more than OK. Charlie has been managing the production and overall plant operations of Redstone for more than ten years. And if you ask us, he’s pretty great. He strives to focus on quality and schedules. Not one supersedes the other. He finds the fine balance that it takes to run our operations smoothly.
As a native Texan, husband, dad and a grandfather, Charlie takes great pride in being a hard-worker and making the best life for his family. If you were to ask him, he’d say, “I want to see my family succeed.” And he’d say it with a genuine, jovial smile and lovable laugh.
Someday, you may see Charlie cruising down the New York City streets in a 1957 Chevy, with his buddy Roxie’s tongue waggin out the window. The two of them enjoying the crisp NY air and reminiscing about Charlie’s beloved hero, his Uncle Ben – may he rest in peace.
